Petrofac has welcomed a high number of Indian graduates to its 2019 global graduate programme as the company continues its significant investment in the Indian market. The Indian graduates demonstrate Petrofac’s commitment to growing its Indian talent as it positions to further expand its EPC offering in the country.

We look for 2019 and 2020 graduates with degrees in the following disciplines and a minimum degree classification of 2.1 or GPA of 3.5 on a 4-point scale:

  • Civil and Structural Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Electrical/Electronics/Software Application Engineering
  • Human Resources or appropriate business degree
  • Instrumentation Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Tech Safety

Based in Chennai, Delhi and Mumbai, our teams in India have built a reputation for excellence in engineering through their involvement in many of Petrofac’s mega-projects around the world.

Our early career programme is run through the Petrofac Academy, our in-house centre of excellence for employee development. With structured technical training in your chosen discipline you will also develop your skills through on-the-job training, working alongside engineers and other functions on live projects with real responsibility.

Petrofac is currently executing several high-profile EPC contracts in India, including: Bharat Petroleum’s Kochi Refinery in Kerala; the Raageshwari Deep Gas project in Barmer, Rajasthan, for Vedanta and Cairn India; and the Visakh Refinery Modernisation Project for Hindustan Petroleum in Andhra Pradesh.
